Here is another
example (shown in its early stages) of a 'des res' built in Woburn
Sands, Bedfordshire. It is a Scandinavian style built on a sloping
plot, which enabled them to have a lovely area of decking to the
rear. It also has a very roomy basement.
It
uses the Beco Wallform method, i.e. concrete poured into polystyrene
formers, with brick facing. Great insulation, and G & A have
to keep tapping the gas meter to make sure that it is still working.
By the way, you don't have to be called Graham to join the ASB .
